Anyway, interesting article time: The Cognitive Approach to Dealing with Internet Trolls
Basically this chapter in the book they mentioned gives the reader some really helpful (read: absolutely necessary) tips on how to deal with trolls. Not sure if I'll ever get around to reading the chapter in question, but I'll promise all of you that I'll beat the topic down harder than any book can.
I've got a lot more to say about this, but between the Youtube series and Nero's place as one of history's greatest trolls, I can't articulate right now.
